All appointments for the Braid boutique are pre-bookable and you must purchase a room package before booking an appointment at the Braid bar. Please see our Braid Bar Menu for the available hairstyles

All orders made during Pop Up Weekend will be shipped out from Tuesday 30th November 2021. UK Orders will take 2-3 working days to arrive once shipped.

International orders will take 10-14 working days For International Orders please be advised you may incur import charges that you are responsible to pay.

Please double check your delivery address as we are unable to accommodate any address changes, once orders have been shipped. You will receive tracking information via email, once your order has shipped.

All orders made at Hotel TreasureTress are final, with no refunds and exchanges.
